Macedonia Baptist Church - Effie, Louisiana

We are a church that desires to see God's people with a greater hunger for holiness and a desire to present the Glorious Gospel of Salvation through Jesus Christ Alone, because of what Scripture alone tells us, and we stand on Faith alone!  We also realize that we are saved through Grace Alone, simply for God's Glory alone, and that all that is, was, and ever shall be, will ultimately for the Glorification of our God and KING!
We hold to the Baptist Faith & Message and are currently studying the London Baptist Confession of Faith 1689 (Pastor holds to this along with the Abstract of Principles).

Our Mission

We are here to Exalt our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, to equip the Saints, and to evangelize the lost!

Becoming a Member

By professing Christ as your personal Savior & Lord, acknowledging your sinfullness, and your need for an inner working of HIS HOLY SPIRIT within you. Also by seeking to be obedient to the example of our LORD by following in Baptism. Baptism should be by full submersion.
